Simone Rocha offers a 14-day return window for all full-price items, provided they are returned in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. We strive to make your return process as seamless as the craftsmanship of our garments.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the Simone Rocha garment tags remain attached.

  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Collection

  Schedule a courier collection through the link provided or drop off your package at any authorized shipping point.
